Rae H. Butler, P.E., was invited to speak at the U.S. Clean Heat and Power Association (USCHPA) in Washington, D.C. about the Madison-Oneida BOCES cogen project because of its next generation cogen units and this type of project’s importance in providing critical infrastructure. Her presentation, entitled ‘Workshop on Combined Heat and Power and Critical Infrastructure Resiliency in New York State’ was one of three projects presented at their 2010 Annual meeting.
